Texas Roadhouse

Nasty chicken fried steak. I took one bite and had to spit it out. Told waitress, she cared less. Got our order wrong also. Never had an experience like that.

Well, I must say... i am impressed. My husband and I have always gone to Texas Roadhouse versus any other competing steak house. Our experience has always been wonderful, until last night. My steak was awful. I went to their website and sent an e-mail (totally not expecting any response) and to my surprise within an hour of sending the e-mail, the manager personally called and gave us a free dinner for 2. I am so happy because as I was telling my husband just prior to the call, it hasn't been just the food and great Margueritas that has kept me faithful to them.... the whole festive atmosphere there is just FUN! So, my faith is restored and I can continue to keep going to my favorite restaurant. Thank you so much to the manager(sorry, my husband doesn't remember his name)but he us AWESOME!

Went here for the first time tonight. It was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! We got a bag of peanuts to take home along with a coupon for a free appetizer good for our next visit. The children were entertained by the dancing of the staff. The food was great value for the price and the staff was very pleasant and attentive (but not too overbearing). I ordered a cheeseburger and my mouth dropped when the waitress sat my plate in front of me. The size of it was most shocking (it was huge). I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

My son and ate here recently and had a great time. The waitresses did some line dancing and the food was really good too. Our drinks were always full and the rolls are amazing. I would highly recommend this place

Hit this place on a Sunday just after Church. The service was great and no wait time. Salad was large and steak was perfect. Will be back soon!
