Top Nails

I have been to several nail salons, Top Nails is one of my favorite one. They explained to me clearly what suit for my nails. Highly recommend!

Horrible! Beware of this place! The staff is very rude. They don't give you time to choose a color. I had went to get my nails done and this pot -bellied Vietnamese man took me. He hardly spoke a lick of English and on top of that was very rude like the rest of his co-staff. His service was very fast and he didn't even give me time to examine my nails to see if I liked them or not before he stuck them under the uv light for the gel nails. I explained to him the color I wanted and design I wanted before he did my nails and when he was done...my nails had bubbles in them, the "moon" line on the French manicure was crooked and then on top of that he told me that he doesn't know how to do the flower design that I wanted and that nobody else can do flower designs. What is the point of having flower designs on your design display if none of the staff can do that design? I will never go here again! I told him I didn't like my nails and was extremely dissatisfied. I spoke to the manager and she told me that they can take it off but it will be a charge for doing them over again. I quickly grabbed my things and then left! They had definitely lost a customer because I will never step foot back in this place again!

I don't know what crack head gave this place 5 starts but I strongly disagree! I went in about a week ago b/c my usual salon was busy and I deeply regret it. The guy doing my pedicure spoke not one word of English. As many vietnamese salons as I've used ALL the employees normally speak at least a little English. After telling him over and over he was being too rough, I finally had to scream at him to get him to understand that I was in pain. He proceeded to laugh, and trim my cuticles, which I was bleeding afterwards. I wanted to get up and run but I figured the massage portion of the deal might make up for my sore toes. Low and behold there was no massage. I've had hundreds of pedi's and never not gotten a foot/leg massage. I explained I feel I got half a job and that I would pay not a cent more. The so called manager came out from the back and threatened to send me to jail if I didn't pay the full 26$. Even after seeing my bloody toes! I reported them to the BBB and have posted on every site imaginable to keep this from happening to someone else! Never have I experienced such unprofessional service. Someone needs to shut this place down quick before they get sued! Would have left no stars but YP demands you give at least one. I don't think so!!! Negative 5 stars here!!
