California Reflections

I was referred to Kevin at California Reflections and was impressed from my first phone call! He has gone out of his way to provide excellent customer service and communication. He helped me decide against purchasing a car I was interested in through his thorough diagnostics. I brought my Expedition into him this week and expected new brakes in addition to a replacement of my clutch pack. He said my brakes look great (when does a mechanic tell you that you don't need work done?) and referred me out to another shop for the clutch pack because they have specific equipment for the job. He gave me his "mechanic to mechanic" price for the job and when I went to pick it up, it was $300 less than the quote! I can't say enough about Kevin and the wonderful shop he runs.
