Child Support
In Texas, child support orders are based on the financial circumstances of both parents. Guidelines followed by the court are based on annual income and initially consider a combined gross monthly income of $7,500.00. For spouses who earn more that this amount the question is will the court require additional child support payments? Courts often extend the guidelines to fit higher incomes, but there are other options. Creative child support solutions can be a better fit for you and your children.

Texas is a No-Fault state when it comes to divorce. What that means is basically nobody has to prove the other person did something wrong to get a divorce. There are fault based reasons that still exist in Texas such as adultery or physical abuse and if these apply they may benefit a person in a property or child custody dispute.

I doubt anybody truly wants a divorce although often times we as humans simply reach a point that we can no longer keep going down the same path.
