I was in the store looking for a washing machine the store is actually kind of small but the staff knew their merchandise. Carmen who had a great smile greeted me and must have saw the look of confusion on my face as I couldn’t tell the difference in any features of my about to be purchased washing machine but she took her time with me never letting up her smile and guided me through the process we picked the items out and she even helped me go over financing options to make the most of my money which even allowed for me to purchase a dryer to match she is a great sales person and didn’t pressure me like most do when you walk in stores I was fully satisfied and if she reads this keep up the good work Carmen I will be looking for you next time I make a purchase at this sears outlet

i got a dryer with a shoe rack! i didnt know they evrn had those go see tiffany and ashley they will get you hooked up
