From beginning to end I was impressed. The way I was greeted by Steve the owner, I felt right away I was in a 5 star salon. Lucy at the front desk is very pleasant as well, with her charming smile and wonderful personality. The ambiance is just amazing. I was offered a glass of wine as I walked in. I was highly recommended to see Sam. She changed my whole look, which I LOVE!!! Thank you guys for such great service and an awesome hair cut.

My hair was a total mess before I went to Salon Craft! Thanks to a visit to the Hair Cuttery, I had grey roots and much more dark than I wanted. My other stylist said that I couldn't go blonde, but that was what I really wanted. I had a color done at this hair salon and I couldn't be happier with it. My hair dresser Nicky did a process which took a couple of visits but we ended up with exactly the color I was looking for. Thank you for saving me Nicky! I'll be going back to him again in the future. The salon itself was very welcoming as well. The shampoo girl gives the most amazing scalp massages.

I'm so glad I found Salon Craft on Groupon and decided to check them out! Syeenah did a great job on my cut and style! If you are new to Baltimore like I am or want a new stylist, I encourage you to check them out. Everyone is so friendly and pleasant, I had a great visit!

Very happy! I came into the salon on Jan 30 as a birthday treat for myself and left feeling and looking great. The service was absolutely upscale but not to pricey and the people were warm and friendly. The color bar is a really neat touch! My stylist took me back there to talk about the color and it was fun to see how they mix it together. I live right around the corner, and I go to the Mars to get my groceries so this salon is very convenient. Will definitely be back!
