Tony's Autobody Reconditioning

This is the worst shop I've ever been to. I was hit in an accident and they made it even more inconvenient for me through the repair process. First off, they made no attempt to contact me regarding the status of my car. After a 28 day lapse, I discovered that it sat in the shop without even being touched. When I explained that my insurance was running out on my rental and they should help cover the cost, as nothing had been done and I could've been driving my car, they miraculously got the part the next day, (despite their close location from my car manufacturers parts and service dealership). Upon calling to find out my car was ready - picking it up a week later, the manager yelled at me saying how inconvenient everything was for him and how by me calling and asking details of him and their dealings with my insurance only made his job more difficult, I had to remind him that he was yelling at me, the customer. This seemed shady and worse yet the job was sloppy and unprofessional.
