Me and my wife both come to desert sun to tan. we think the place is amazing. Perfect tan every time. medium beds are the best.

The location in Marysville on 88th has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. A coupon came out in our local magazine offering one free spray tan. I went in to take advantage of it and was told by an employee that for just $14.95 more, I could get tans for an extra month as part of a promotion they were running. I was told that if I came in on or before 4/25 that I could cancel the membership before I charged the full price of $50+ for the next month. I went in on 4/25 to cancel and was told that I couldn't because the contract stated I must pay for one full billing cycle before I could cancel. I asked to see the contract and there it was HANDRWRITTEN on the contract I signed. It was not there when I signed the contract and every clause is initialed by me, except that clause which leads me to believe it was written in after the fact. I went again on 5/6 to cancel the membership and was told I could not cancel it unless a manager was present. What the heck! I have to come in a third time to cancel?! I have disputed the charge with my bank will will NEVER be going back to this place!!!
