        Rude, clueless and dead flowers!

        I ordered an arrangement from their website, very specifically choosing something special. They had no clue what I was talking about, finally found the picture with a great deal of trouble (this is an FTD arrangement), then when it was delivered it looked nothing like the picture, and some of the flowers were dead the next day! When I called to complain they were rude and insulting, as if it was all my fault! Would definitely NOT recommend this florist.

        Miss Kitty must have the wrong florist. We are proudly in the business for three generations. We pride ourselves with quality flowers and full service. We are a community minded business and support all efforts in town. If Miss Kitty had a problem with us, we would have sent a replacement or given a refund. I'm surprised yellow pages would allow a posting without calling business to see if statement was true or if it was the right business.
