        Overall

        Actually, we have to have them return because they don't deal adequately with the roach and termite problems in the house. I am very concerned that we are wasting time and money with them when we should be looking for another company

        Thank you Bug Works! I am a pleased customer. Since you treated my house a few weeks back, even with all of the rain, I have been mosquito free and no spiders sneaking in. It's a noticeable difference. I appreciate the time your tech. spent helping me understand the difference between your products and what I had been buying. Your services are affordable, timely, and most importantly they work. This says a lot considering I have 7 in house pets and two teen boys. Much Appreciation!!!
