Omg this is such an awesome place to come a burn calories and get fit. The staff is very friendly and helpful I have recommended this location to several friends and its nice and clean.

I love Kickboxing has great staff who are always high energy and make sure you are getting a great workout.

I love my experience everytime I go. The workouts change up a little everytime so you dont fer bored of the same thing. The trainers are great and keeping you motivated. Will continue to go and recommend this to anyone looking for a fun but challenging workout.

I love the motivation and community in this studio! Amazing trainers and great friends! They motivate me to keep moving even when Im not there. They miss me when Im not there and check in to make sure Im ok. They have stayed over to talk with me about nutrition and are readily available to answer any questions or help me with needed modifications. Thanks ILKB!
