I spoke with Triad Construction about a combination paint and renovation job. They were professional and patient, even when I picked out the wrong color and had to have a hallway repainted. Each step of the way they checked in with me and explained the steps in the process. There were no hidden fees. They made sure that there were no loose ends, and called to make sure that I was satisfied. I would use them again.

My experience was above and beyond my expectations. My house hadn't had any work done in over 30 years. It was virtually crumbling around me. I had my back porch converted into a dining room the garage converted to a work out room/spa bathroom, the back bathroom gutted and refinished the front and back porch reconstructed. Along the way we discover I. Ended the ventilation system replaced and the house needed to be rewired. My bedroom wall has to be ripped out and totally rebuilt. They built a custom shed in the back yard and o house all of my items from the garage I just couldn't part with. They have someone to handle everything including a lovely cleaning lady that left the house is a state of cleanliness and order it hadn't seen in years. I have 3 dogs and they were always conscientious of their presence and insuring they wouldn't get hurt out out of the yard. Every crisis was averted in a cost effective and concise way. They started in May 16 and the last nail went in the day before thanksgiving. It was 6 months of easy collaboration. With extraordinary results. Thank you Triad!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Triad. Wagner was great at explaining the estimate and the whole process, the guys worked quickly and the work came out great. They painted the whole upstairs, fixed some water damage we had from Sandy, and installed beautiful french doors. Would definitely call them again.
