The entire team is comprised of dedicated and knowledgeable professionals who strive to address your needs in a humane way. I had a large mammal in my attic and this team was so kind and helpful from beginning to end. They instinctively pacified my concerns and proceeded to address the problem. I highly recommend their services.

Incredible, thorough, quick, very fairly priced, and extremely friendly service. I called AA Native Wildlife when I noticed a swarm of bees around the soffit of my roof, going in and out. It was 7 PM. By 7:25 PM their bee removal specialist was already at my house to check out the situation. He assessed the problem and returned at 9:30 the next morning to remove the 2 different hives in my roof. By 11 AM he was done. He was very friendly, informative, and explained to me every detail of everything he did to extract the bees. The dispatcher I spoke to on the phone, was also extremely kind and knowledgable. She walked me through exactly what their process is like to every detail. These people really know bees, and are genuinely happy to help your family as well as educate you on what they do. Other reviews are true! Same day quick service. Even our problems weren't only the initial estimation, they gave me the same price. They also educated me on my bee problem, as well. I would definitely recommend Native Wildlife to anyone who may have the pest problems.

Recently there was an animal stuck on the roof of the building where I live. I reached out to every domain of public service I could possibly think of, but unfortunately all where unable, or unwilling to help. By chance I came across these guys and now I consider myself lucky to have met them. They immediately came over to my place, climbed up a dangerous roof and proceeded to help this poor animal. They even spoke to the building management folks on my behalf, and explained their work in a professional and concise manner. They came to my place several times to ensure the trap had fresh food and when the animal was caught they rescued it immediately out of concern it would dehydrate. They proved to be not only professional, efficient and easy to work with but also extremely compassionate towards animals. A rare combination indeed. I highly recommend them.

I came home yesterday & found bees in my house. I had seen bees flying around my roof for a few weeks but I thought eventually they'd move off on their own, boy was I wrong! I didn't know what to do. I know I probably shouldn't have, but I sprayed them with the first thing I found under my sink (I was a little freaked). I thought maybe they got in when I let my dog out earlier but a few hours later i realized they were coming in through a small gap on my ceiling above the light. I've never had this problem before so I called a few friends to see if they knew what to do. No one else had had this problem so I googled 'Miami Bee Removal'. Two companies showed up dominantly on the page, I called both, customer service was 'night & day'. The 1st one (I'll leave unnamed) was only interested in getting my address, getting there & getting paid. The 2nd one (AA Native Wildlife) took the time to make sure I/we felt safe, understood the process & our options. This, & the service they provided, are why I am now taking the time to write this review. I called this company & others a few days ago. Amongst my many calls, this company stood out. The person I spoke to was professional & genuinely seemed to care about me & my problem. My problem??? Bees, lots and lots of B's! They literally came out of the woodwork, a well organized hostile army. We couldn't go in the backyard or even let the dogs outback for fear of them swarming. A really uncomfortable & helpless feeling I wish upon no-one. :( And despite my zipcode, times are not what they were & I must budget all, so these unplanned invaders were unwelcomed, unwanted & extremely inconvenient to say the least. Nevertheless, alls well that ends well. The company we hired, this company, came out the same day we called, gave us a free estimate & even calmed my kids with a little B-101. Their price was fair & their work was fast/efficient. I highly recommend them & am keeping their card onfile which I hopefully will never need again but if i do, I know exactly who to call. Thanks guys!

We recently had a small opossum come into our apartment and needed help getting him out safely. AA Native Wildlife Animal Removal, Bee Removal & Pest Removal were great. The young woman who helped me over the phone was very friendly, thorough, and helpful. Then, the guys got out to our place within an hour, and it took the tech who came in about two minutes to safely grab the little guy and take him away.

AA Native Wildlife Animal Removal, Bee Removal & Pest Removal was great when my parents had their home swarmed by bees. Gray was at the home with in 20 minutes an took care of the problem right away. A very satisfied customer.

Gary provided a very fast, friendly, informative and reasonably priced five-star same-day service, need I say more? A small fox was roaming around and digging up some holes while taking temporary residence at my mother's (and other neighbor's) back yard and we were looking for a humane way of relocating it. AA Native Wildlife provided the solution to our problem! We would totally recommend them for any pesky animal situation. They went above and beyond our expectations and responded like no other similar service we had contacted. It was a win-win for all involved, including the animal.....and all on a Sunday afternoon! AA Native Wildlife Animal Removal should be on everyone's favorite list. One never knows what ''critters'' are lurking in your yard that might be a danger to family and pets. I had a pygmy dusky rattlesnake swimming in my spa. Gary and Wayne came right over and retrieved it without hesitation. Not only did they retrieve the snake, they checked my entire yard. Thank you Gary and Wayne, you ARE the BEST.

I could not be happier with the service and attention provided by the guys that came over on short notice for what turned out to be a rather large hive. Before they began, they explained the process. Obviously, they explained they'd have to damage boards to remove the hive, but it would have needed to be replaced anyways since it was rotten. Had the wood been good, chances are the bees don't get through to build the hive in the first place. So any damage, is acceptable considering the options. And there ended up being less damage than they had anticipated. They resolved the issue, and educated us in how the bees work, etc. By the next day, there were almost no bees left, only a few stragglers. I am very happy with the result, and would highly recommend them for not only bee removal, but any other type of pest removal.

Gary showed up 20 min after I talked to him over the phone about the Bee problem I had. He went right to work in solving the situation at hand. It stared to Rain but he did not stop until he removed all of the Bees and the nest. And he charged us a fair price better than others quotes i got from other people. I highly recommend his services to anyone that encounters Bees or any Animal problems. He did a great job. Thanks
