I twice previously worked with this firm, in the areas of Estates and on a Trust for my elderly mother. It was more than satisfactory so I went back in May for help on a new issue and have been attempting to get even a single callback for nearly TWELVE WEEKS. The receptionist keeps making excuses about "busy" and "vacation" etc. and today offered an appointment five weeks in the future. Service is not in the lexicon. Perhaps the practice of law has been discontinued, but not announced.

Loren was wonderful to work with initially, but now that my case has hit a crucial point he is impossible to get in touch with. He has taken more than a week to return messages and I've still yet to speak with him after three weeks of trying.
