Alex is the Greatest!

My 50 year old kitchen needed new cabinets, countertops, lighting, paint, etc - everything except a new floor. Alex helped me everystep of the way: choosing cabinets, backsplash, paint, countertops, light fixtures, etc. He and his crew worked hard and their work was flawless.

He also replaced the grout in the tile floor and it looks like a new floor. He is a perfectionist and it shows in my kitchen. I would hire him again for any job I need done.

It was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. I recommend him highly!

My master bathroom needed a complete remodeling: tub/shower was turned into a gorgeous tiled stall shower with a granite topped bench, new toilet, new fixtures, tile flooring, new vanity, new lights, amazing new mirrored cabinets, granite vanity top, and new paint everywhere that was not tiled. The contractor, Alex, was chosen based on his proposal, his initial interest and follow-up interest and the reviews on Angie's List. In the proposal, which covered everything needed for the job, Alex stated the time frame needed to complete the task. The job was completed in the specified time frame indicated. The job that was done by Alex and his crew was absolutely amazing! It was a wonderful experience, as from start to finish the entire crew came each morning at the expected time, were extremely pleasant and polite to deal with, and each day cleaned up around the work so that there were no messes to deal with. The job started by stripping the bathroom of everything, including taking out the original tub and opening up a wall to be able to increase the size of the shower. As the crew continued, Alex would be readily available to answer any questions and made sure that I was getting all that I had wanted. Alex also had originally gone with me to all the places before the job started to guide me in selecting quality tiles, granite, cabinet choices and bathroom fixtures. I appreciated all that attention as I really wanted a quality bathroom. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Alex and AC Countertops & Remodeling, Inc. for any remodeling job in a home. I plan on having Alex handle the work when I remodel my upstairs hall bathroom in the future.

I had a complete kitchen remodel, which involved removal of a wall to create a combination kitchen/dining room. All old cabinets, countertops, flooring, and trash were removed. Then new construction, including electrical, hvac, plumbing, and drywall was completed in prep for new cabinets and granite countertops. Installed hardwood flooring, new cabinets, granite countertops, and finish carpentry was done to complete the job.



This job went great! Only 2 weeks and 2 days from start to finish to completely remove our old kitchen, remodel the room, and install new cabinets and countertops. Alex (owner) was extremely responsive by e-mail or phone any time during the week or on weekends. He and his crew worked 8am to 5 most days, and always showed up ON TIME. All workers spoke clear english and were friendly and courteous. The job moved extremely quick, with only 2 or 3 days of down time while waiting on cabinet delivery and granite fabrication. It was nicely coordinated.



Alex was extremely helpful by giving us advice for design, materials, and keeping us involved in the process. We always knew what was going to happen in the coming days, and his experience showed when things continued to happen as expected. He was very aware of our limited budget, and helped us to select the highest quality products while saving money. He also met with us to help select a high quality granite that would work well for our needs. And although he made many suggestions based on his experience, he had no problem accepting suggestions from us, which resulted in a great final product.



All in all, our experience exceeded our expectations!

Alex and his team at AC Countertops & Remodeling were superb to work with! We had a full bathroom and a powder room renovation underway simultaneously, and Alex managed the work process to involve the least disruption to household rhythm. He and his team have a commendable work ethic, and their attention to detail is amazing! Alex understood we were constricted by a tight project budget, and helped to guide me as a homeowner to make prudent product and material choices to stay on budget and keep the project on time. Every day at the end of the day, the work area was left very clean. We are thrilled with the finished product, and would use Alex and his team from AC Countertops & Remodeling again without question! I highly recommend their services!

Recently I hired Alex to remodel my kitchen, half bath and lay new hardwood, I have to give Alex and AC Countertops two thumbs up !! He and is crew were great to work with.
