Perennial Green has done my yard for years now and they also do my employer's large lawn and both look pretty good.
The prices are fair and you can pay as you go or do it all upfront for a discount.

Be sure to read your bill's fine print. If you are not going to renew the following year make sure you call the company! If not they will show up and you will get a bill. They will basically call you an idiot for not reading the fine print. I highly recommend this company.......NOT
