As a co-founder of Chung Ying Physical Therapy, Dr. Fred Chung-Ying Tsai operates 5 clinics in Brooklyn, Columbus Circle, East Midtown, Financial District and Queens. With both MSPT and LAC licenses, Dr. Tsai is able to combine both treatments to provide patient more rounded care. Dr. Tsai specializes in Chinese acupuncture, Chinese herb, acupressure, Chinese Tui-Na technique, Western osteopathic spinal manipulation, soft tissue release, and therapeutic exercise. He has been practicing for over ten years. He is a professional member of American Physical Therapy Association , New York Physical Therapy Association and a board certified "National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine"Dr. Tsai's understanding and compassionate demeanor help patients relax, so they can receive all the benefits of quality physical therapy and acupuncture.
