RK Bridal - Wedding Dresses & Accessories

I had such a wonderful experience purchasing my wedding dress at RK Bridal. I couldn't have asked for a better consultant - Jo is the best. She genuinely enjoys what she does and wants to see brides look their best. After I found the dress I was looking for, it just so happened to be the first dress I tried on and the first dress I picked out on the rack, Jo was as thrilled for me as my mom and friend were. I am glad I got the dress I wanted and had an enjoyable time.

Our bridal party got totally bamboozled by these people. They state on their order form quote "FREE SHIPPING to one address on Bridesmaids orders OVER $300 in the USA....the first address is free all others are $20/address" That's what the 7 other bridesmaids and I did, shipped all the dresses to one address---so WHY were we still EACH charged $20? Their BS answer to us--> we filled in separate order forms instead of one. o_O what? Even though their form is set up as an individual order form where you can only enter one name, one payment method, & the form gives you a space state which party you belong in....as if the assumption IS to order each dress on their own order form! And nowhere do they tell you one form per party or anything. Insult to injury they tell you the dresses aren't cut or shipped "until all orders are received"--well if we really are supposed to order on one order form at once what the hell does this mean? Smh. So even though we are all shipping our dress to one address and the dresses are being made and sent together they are still charging us $20 per dress. That's an extra $160 they have and should not have. When we called and complained they wouldn't budge and said "its not their fault WE cant read" o_O SMH. If that's not robbery I don't know what is! $20 is nothing, its the principal here! My pet peeve is injustice. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, clearly they have shady tricks up their sleeve and the last thing you need planning a wedding is more stress and more money out your pocket than is supposed to be.

I just got my dress from RK BRIDAL! As a plus size bride size 28W all I can say is I had a wonderful experience and its all because of my consultant CHERYL!!! She made me feel comfortable and she said from the beginning of the appointment lets get your wedding dress and she did. She knew exactly what was going to fit and look great on me. She was wonderful!!!! She helped take everything on and off. She also must of brought about 15 dresses to the room. I was shocked how many dresses she brought in cause I went to another store and they only had 3 in my size. Thank the lord i found the perfect dress. Thank you Cheryl and RK bridal!

Olga is the best. She asked me which dresses I were interested in and she asked me another question that the previous salons didn't bother to ask....what style was I looking for. She pulled a few more dresses that she recommended for the style I was looking for. She pulled MY dress!!! It was a sample and she saved me way more than I thought I could save. The sample was in good enough condition. I don't have to take it in much. It had exactly everything I wanted on one dress. Olga was patient and showed me all my other options. I went on a Sunday and I don't see where anyone says that it's extra busy. It's as busy as other salons. I even came close to closing to purchase the dress as I didn't purchase the same day and Olga was still able to accommodate me and let me try on the dress on 2 separate occasions (one day for my sister and the final time for my mom). I love this place because it was straightforward and the consultant looked to save me money and find what I wanted.

I had a wonderful experience this past Satuday. I wasn't expecting quality service when I began trying on wedding dresses, especially since it was a saturday. I did not know what style wedding dress I wanted, and it took me over 30 minutes to make a decision but my bridal attendant, Janice, went above and beyond to help me. She didn't rush me along. My experience at RK Bridal was excellent and I accredit it entirely to Janice.

ASK FOR CHERYL!!! rk bridal isn't a fancy bridal salon but the selection is great and most importantly- they have Cheryl! It was a god send that a got her as my consultant because she helped me find a dream dress for WAY below my budget. All I had to do was show her an image of my "dream dress", which was way out of my budget and she immediately ran around like a Tasmanian devil all over the store pulling out dresses within my budget (or under) that were beautiful and exactly my taste. After being frustrated from other stores where all I saw were cheap and ugly or beautiful and expensive dresses, I found myself having to choose between different options. I ended up buying a gorgeous dress for a ridiculous price thanks to Cheryl's efforts and good friendly advice.

Jo was a wonderful consultant and I can't praise her enough. She approached me and asked me if I needed help even before she was assigned to be my consultant. When she was finally assigned to me, I told her what I was looking for and she pulled numerous dresses, each in the direction of what I wanted. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Jo. Jo was a wonderful listener (and addressed both my needs and my mother's) and also had a great eye. She wasn't afraid to share her honest opinion. She did not try to push me to to purchase the the more expensive dress. All in all, Jo really made an otherwise potentially stressful experience to be a pleasant and enjoyable one!! 5 stars for my consultant Sheryl. She is amazing. I went on a Friday morning as soon as they opened and had a fitting room immediately. I met Sheryl and explained to her what I was looking for. She brought in a number of dresses matching my exact description. At the end, Sheryl found MY DRESS! She was very honest, attentive, and sweet. I could not have done it without her. If you decide to go to RK Bridal, I recommend that you ask for Sheryl. I can't wait to go back and pick up my dress!

Good selection of prom dresses. Found what we wanted here after appointments, poor selection and rudeness at several other dress shops. You get a consultant, a dressing room and time. Great overall experience. Prices are pretty good. Left NYC happy!

When I first walked in I was overwhelmed. There are dresses everywhere and very little help was available. But, once I got into the dressing room and met with Sheryl (my consultant) the experience was completely different. She was extremely helpful and sweet. She pulled out more dresses for me based on her observation, gave me different sashes for different dresses. She made the experience complete. I ended up choosing a dress she pulled out for me and everyone that went with me loved the dress and the consultant. Sheryl was great and made the experience worth while.
