Tmj Moving

NO STARS (but it is required). Sunday, we reached out to Terrence from TMJ Moving NYC to schedule a move on Tuesday. As he instructed, we reached out to Sarah M to send an itemized list of our move. We did & she confirmed that someone would be there between 11-11:30am. We called Terrence on Monday night to confirm & he said he would be there at 11-11:30am. Tuesday at 11 am we called to see what time he was coming, no answer. It is now 10pm & no one answered the "office" phone from Sarah (which was wrong in the email signature) & Terrance never answered any of our calls & texts. I can't believe that I was supposed to be moved today & NO ONE even had the courtesy to call me, reach out or care that I was left flat & no one showed up. I would NEVER ever do business with this company ever again! I will make sure that everyone I know knows what a horrible experience I had. I had to spend hours calling other movers last minute for tomorrow. Ur company should really be ashamed of yourself.

DO NOT HIRE !!! So I was sent a newbie and a guy who does this part time for a living. Now I ask how is this in anyway professional. From the getco, I was hearing things like "we cannot take out the box spring because the elevator is too small". I described everything in the email and was quoted a price. Nothing was added, we actually moved the boxes for the guys last night. The guys came in literally not prepared to move. They had no tape, no packing materials and no dolly. Its 8:33pm, your guys did not finish the job, and left everything in the middle of the hallway. But the worse of all things, is that they broke a glass piece from the wall unit, scratched up a ton of furniture and a bunch of glass in the boxes. No one was picking up the phone nor returned the calls i was making. I would like to find out who will be reimbursing me for the damaged furniture ? Wasted time ????? and most of all my nerves??? You had two stoners (yes I saw them smoking weed) move peoples furniture ???
