I went to ACC Auto Collision Center just because of an accident. My rare bumper was hit and got heavily scratched by the other car. The responsible car's insurance company directed me to this repair shop. It was very smooth to setup all the paper work without any hassle. And I left my car at their store with fingers crossed.
ACC completed the job a couple days earlier than they promised. When I went there picking up the car, I was so happy with the result. They not only repainted my rare bumper which was covered by the insurance, but also did free exterior detailing for me. For example, a scratch caused by careless parking which was very visible on the from bumper was also 90% fixed by the detailing. My car just looked like a new car at that moment. I couldn't be happier with their service. Thank you very much, ACC Auto Collision!

I have my car repaired at ACC collsion center through Geico. I have very pleasant experience with the staff and service and they are prompt and able to make repairs with perfection with lifetime warranty. Staff is very patient to collect each minor detail about the repair and also hand over the car in pristine condition as if nothing happened to the car. My wife’s Acura RDX need rear bumper repair, it was hit by Honda Civic. The bumper was having a dent about 1 foot long on the left side. We were using Geico insurance and ACC is the closest approved repair list. We get an appointment within 2-3 days, went there Tuesday morning, get the rental car (From Enterprise) on the site, and took about 20 minutes to drop the car do paper work. ACC keep me update of the status daily through texting (You can choose contact preference email/text/call). The car was done on Thursday, picked up in the evening. I was very surprised that the bumper looks like brand new, no any noticeable repair; they even paint the small crack on the right side of the bumper not related to the accident. The cars also get washed and vacuum. Came home and found out that I forgot to remove my home key from the rental car key chain, ACC mail the key within 2 days I received it. I would definitely get back to ACC for any paint services if needed again in the future.

I recently had an accident repair done at ACC Collision and they did a great job! My Chrysler 300 C was good as new once the job was complete. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and performed a nice detail on my car as well. My bumper was smashed and my trunk had minimal damage but they went the extra mile and repainted my trunk and also put new emblems on the back of my vehicle too. I would recommend this place to anyone looking quality work done. By far it was one of my best experiences dealing with a collision repair.

My car was in an accident and was taken to ACC. I told the Geico adjuster that a certain function wasn't operating properly. I received a prompt and very detailed estimate for the repair and I was a little shocked at the high cost! They explained it's mainly because they use high quality paints that cover each replaced/repaired part 360 degrees to ensure that the paint will never peel. Their work is backed by their lifetime guarantee!



It was very convenient that ACC had an Enterprise right inside their facility. I received almost daily emails to keep me apprised with how the repair was going.



My car was ready in just over a week. The car looked good. The part that wasn't functioning properly after the accident still wasn't fixed. I was quite disappointed but fortunately it was an easy 15 minute fix.



All in all, I had a good experience there with staff taking the time to explain things to me and working hard to do quality work and making me a satisfied customer

First time here, hopefully last time, too. Honda Accord Coupe with metal gray paint was keyed and had to be repaired so I can return the lease. Their streamline service is worth the visit! Insurance (Geico) and rental (Enterprise) onsite, do your homework and make appointments, you could be driving off a rental in less than 30 minutes.

The car came back to me like the day it rolled off the parking lot 3 years ago, minus the dusty look it already has, lol.

Overall the experience has been very nice, and I would be back, if I ever need another paint/body job done.

I have used ACC Collision twice in recent months and each time I was completely satisfied with the service. Their customer service is professional and my car looked like new when the work was complete. I recommended ACC to my daughter who was also very pleased.

A few weeks I wrecked my Chevy traverse and as pretty distraught. I called my insurance company and they recommend ACC Collision. I was thoroughly impressed with everything from getting a car rental on the spot, to the text messages providing regular updates. What was even more impressive was that they were finished with my car a full 24 hours than when originally promised. All their staff was very friendly and professional. I hope I don't wreck again, but I'll return to ACC if I ever do again!

I've now had ACC Auto Collision work on 2 of my cars & both times they have been very professional & courteous. The repairs were done exactly as promised & timely. It was very convenient to also have both my GEICO insurance & rental car contacts on-site to take care of me all at once.

My 2010 Prius was in the body shop recently. They kept me updated on a daily basis. Since this is also Geico Express service center, the whole experience was seamless. The car was ready as promised. Looks new again :-)

I recently took my 2014 Honda CRV there after an accident. They took care of my car super fast and got it back to me just like new. They had a rental car agent on site who got me in a rental right away. Fast friendly and quality service. Highly recommend!

The newark location is actually partner with Geico, and I have the opportunity to get served because I took a Geico express repair right there.



It has been two times they help me with my car, both are for bodywork. The work is great, which makes the part look like brand new, and they have life time warranty for their work, just keep all the documents.



Further more, if there is anything unexpected happened before you picked your car, which causes damages, they would be responsible for it totally, they are always working to get your 100% satisfaction.

Very good and friendly repair center. They washed my car after repair and dropped/picked me up from my place. They were very organized, ordered the parts prior to dropping off the car and did the work very quickly and met my target timeline.

I have had my new car alittle over a year when I was t-boned on the drivers side. I was taken care of from day one from getting the rental car , from me calling just about every other day to see how things were coming along. They were always very nice and polite over the phone and in person when I went down because I had forgotten something in the car. The care and expertise they show was fantastic. My car looks great.

I just bought a new car and it only took a few months before someone texting while driving decided to rear end me. It's not often you walk into a body shop under these circumstances and find yourself pleasantly happy upon leaving.



The service at the shop was courteous and knowledgeable about the whole process. I was able to drop off my vehicle, pick up a rental, and handle paperwork in time for my morning meetings. Rito (Very helpful) was great..!
