        DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They pidgeon-holed us into using their floral service, and the flower arrangement never made it to the funeral!!! As an out-of-town mourner placing an order, I wanted to send our company condolences to the family in big way. They not only discouraged us using the bigger, national company - they made it seem as if we were required to use their floral service to guarantee that the flowers would make it from the funeral home to the church! Well, the very expensive flower arrangement never made it! This moment cannot be rectified, and there is NO DO-OVER! Our company is totally devastated! #NoWords

        I would like to thank the staff in East Orange & Ozzie Boykins.my sister passed and they took great care right from the hospital. she looked GREAT it was hard to she my sister in a casket. She was young. My mother Laura elizabeth allen Murray my brother william patrick murray and me Brian Jason Murray wiil all be laid to rest by your staff.THANK YOU and GOD BLESS

        Everything was Excellent. This wasn't my first time needing the services from the Cotton Funeral Home, and I'll recommend them to everyone. If you're looking for Quality Work done on the remains of your love one, this is the right place. Each member of the staff was Fantastic. They took out the time to explain everything to you in details, so you would have a full, clear and good understanding of everything which had to be done The entire staff showed compassion and patience with all members of the family. Our love ones were all treated with Dignity and Pride. Even, from the start, when the staff came to pick-up the body (especially when it was our family's MATRIARCH which was 97 years old). She looked so beautiful, and peaceful. Their work was wonderful, and they even made you feel like family. It's such a relief to Know that your love ones are in GOOD hands during your time of need. I just want to say to Cotton Funeral Service.....THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
