Provided by SuperpagesI just got a whopper and it was amazing. But the girl at the counter took my order and walked away and got on her phone!!!! She literally sat there and waited until the girl who made my burger said something and then she actually finished her text!!!! Then served me! I couldn't believe it. The name on her shirt said Stephanie and she is just person I've encountered at this restaurant. The whopper was made awesome. Gold star for the girl who made it. At least that was good
this is the third time our meal order has been wrong thru the drive-thru and the last 2 times inside our order was not correct...
Our order today was a simple order of 2 whopper jrs with extra pickle & two orders of fries & we would NEED ketchup for the fries... Our order came to us with NO ketchup for our fries, NO ketchup on our burgers & NO receipt...oh, they did add the extra pickles & at least we got napkins today....not like the last time...
We will no longer stop at this location...!!!

Provided by SuperpagesI think the fries are the best !! My Junior Whopper was delicious.! However, was VERY disappointed in the "chicken strips":---found them to be dry,tasteless and far from tender !
I went through the drive-thru on Sunday, October 16, 2008 at around 4:30 p.m. and ordered 2 of the new mushroom & swiss steakburgers. The girl who took my order over the speaker was very rude and her manners were even worse when I got to to window. I didn't feel like I triggered her or anyone else to respond to me in that manner, I simply ordered my food and was polite about it. When I got home and opened the burger bun, I noticed that the few toppings on there were just plopped on in one spot. I feel like I wasted my money and got an unnecessary attitude on top of it-enough to write this review. I will definitely not be eating here again!!
