Celebrate Dental & Braces

I had an appointment May 4th at 1 PM to take care of a minor problem with my tooth. I was brought back and was being examined when the person who was examining me got a message through her microphone that I had a past due bill. Which I was not aware of due to a problem with my dental insurance. She abruptly left and another girl came in. She sat down and explained the situation. I was embarrassed and humiliated. I felt the front desk staff was treating me as if I knew there was a past due balance. I have spent a lot of money there. I will not go back. They should've informed me prior to my appointment about this issue and I would've avoided the humiliation. It saddens me because I really liked Dr Oh.
