        Johnson County Appliance & Refrigeration Service was started in 1957 as a partnership. Over the years the business changed to a single owner, Bill Boyd. In 1986 Bill Boyd sold the business to his son-in-law and daughter, Ron & Cathie Peters and the name was changed to Johnson County Appliance, Inc. Ron and Cathie's son-in-law Kory Adams joined the family business several years later and today over sees the Johnson County location.

        Our ancient Kenmore was losing its life until these guys gave it a new motor within a week! It now runs beautifully and we were given expert advice about how to keep it going for another 20 years!

        They were great about scheduling an appointment and coming out. Gave me the facts about my Maytag Washer, basically don't buy one they last 10 years and need repairs at 5 years due to wear. :) They didn't have the part, but I didn't expect them to. They were great and one of the only places that would work on my Maytag Washer! :) Thank you!
