Priced bikes in my area and Rawhide had the best prices bar none. Staff was helpful and not pushy at all. I had such a GREAT experience buying my 1st Harley here that I recommend all my friends to Rawhide! So when you're ready to buy your next Harley go down and see the guys at Rawhide. You won't regret it!

John Griffith's experience at Rawhide was the up most highest. Everybody there gets a 10 plus. I ( DeLyn Hoffman ) John's girlfriend, would highly recommend customers to Rawhide. They, at Rawhide, will definitely take care of you. GO TO RAWHIDE IN OLATHE, KANSAS!

An awesome experience!

I have been riding many years and have visited HD dealerships across the globe. Rawhide HD is truly in a class of its own. Everyone I met has been kind, warm and went out of their way to provide the best customer experience. I worked with Austin and Bobby on the purchase of my 2015 Street Glide Special and they made my buying experience one of the best ever.

Ok, Bought a 2014 Street Glide Special during their "End of Year Blow Out". They started the price out approx $3000 more than the HD MSRP. After listening to a song and dance about how HD requires them to 'go through a specific process' before getting to the 'real price', I got up and left.

The salesman had recommended a place to eat and arrived there and I did end up buying the bike.

Fast forward to 2 months later- After waiting for the HD survey for a month, one they were very anxious for me to give them a rating of 10 across the board, I called and was assured they would send it again...another month passed, and I just went there to finish my poker hand and get the shirt they promised me. Guess what? Lost the poker paperwork! After the very nice lady (not kidding, she was a bright spot) tried 'redoing' my poker hand, she found out that I was not on the list as buying a bike!! Explains why I never got any calls / emails after spending almost $30,000 at their place of business!

Even though the salesman and manager were aware of my aggravation, they left it to the nice poker lady to call me and offer a $100 gift card to apologize for their lack of customer service. Very, very disappointed in the management! I voiced my concerns, very valid concerns, on their customer service, and to this day, the poker card lady is the ONLY one who has called me to try and make it right!!!

Wait, I lied…..I did get ONE phone call from the dealership after I bought the bike. It was a salesman wanting to know if I was still interested in buying a Harley. I let him know that I had already bought one…from his dealership. Last call ever…..

They Quoted me a price of $3000 over MSRP on a Fatbob with no options or extras. I asked why were they OVER MSRP ? They said they don't go by MSRP they go by market value. So I will shop at one of the other 4 Harley dealers in the area who DO go by MSRP. They go on to tell me they sell more Harleys than any other dealers. Why would I care how many bikes they sell ? After reading reviews on Rawhide Im glad I bought elsewhere.

Quoted me a price of $950 below Kelley Blue value for trade-in on my 1999 Sportster. They offered me only $1500 for my ride. I was ready to buy a Soft tail Slim but when they low balled me on my ride I walked away. Salesman Ken talked about the frozen t shirt contest they offer on Bike nights there while my 60 year old wife sat next to him, dude, no class. He also bragged about the free beer and live bands they had every two weeks. Is it legal to hand out fee beer in Kansas? I wonder what Mothers Against Drunk Drivers would say about this?

I went to Gail's HD the next day and I was impressed that they treated me like a person.

I have been riding my Sporty for 15 years and I bought it from Central, the folks that sold their business to Rawhide. Central was a family run business that knew their customers by name when they walked through the door. I won't be buying my new scoot from Rawhide, bad experience.

Watch your wallet in this place. They have some great deals up front, but then they'll get you on the back end. For example, they have great oil prices, $9 per quart, but then charge you $6 for a 32 cent O-ring. Scamboogery. Their service department is abysmal. They are rude, uncaring, lack the ability to call you sir. One guy let me stand at the service counter for 6 minutes and completely ignored me as he was talking with one of the other employees. I have a crash estimate that was wrong twice, I asked for someone to talk to me about it and they acted insulted that I would question their work. The man who did the work blame me, stating it was me rushing him to get his job done as to why he got it wrong. The sales staff are nice people, but the service staff are a whole grip of very very rude men. They are only capable of doing oil changes and tire changes quickly. Even if you are a VIP customer they still have a very rude attitude and god forbid they smile and greet you. Run away!

sub par service

Not very customer service oriented. Don't expect too much from them. These guys are "hardcore".

Worst vehicle buying experience ever. They are just out to make a sale, they don’t care about the person actually buying the bike. When all was said and done I felt like I was a piece of cattle just being pushed through the gate on my way to the slaughter house. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!

Too many issues regarding the overall experience to mention here, but you can find my full review on Yelp.com. Suzi in finance was a snake and the GM told me, “I’m sorry. There’s nothing I can do about it.”

Harley Davidson, Inc. you should be ashamed of this dealership and how I was treated.

Paid cash for a new 2012 Electra Glide. Went in to the parts department to buy a few things. With Hollywood and his bad attitude I left this store never to return. Too bad the great sales staff has to work with such a jerk.

Just moved to Overland Park from missouri went to RAWHIDE to pick up some parts, Delt with the Parts Mgr. (Hollywood) what a bad attitude. He acted like he was being bothered becaused I asked him to see if he had a part in stock. I thought I can go back to Blue Springs Harley and spend my money there and enjoy the ride as well. So I left and will NEVER spend a dime in this store. Before I left I spoke With the general Manager and expressed my concerns and he replied "Give us another chance, Everyone has a bad day" No thanks.

Chris, I would like to thank you for coming in and giving us a chance to do business with you. Let me apologize for the way you were treated. I take it personal when a customer leaves here unhappy. We here at Rawhide thrive to help people fulfill their dreams of owning a new Harley-Davidson and want each customer to have a Premium Customer Experience and create customers for life. Unfortunately some people do have bad days and not everyone gets that premium experience. Since I do not have the details as to what transpired all I can offer is my apology and ask you for the opportunity for me to make it up to you. Please feel free to give me a call. 913-764-7433 Thanks David Harrod Customer Service/Net Manager Rawhide Harley-Davidson.
