Berman Property Maintenance & Construction​ was recommended to me for General Contracting work. Two people have even told me they have other jobs that are more important. I really get the impression that because this job is for a single-family home that won't produce major revenue, they aren't interested in doing the work! If you don't do this kind of job, don't advertise you will or say sure when I contact you! It's a waste of both our time and extremely bad business.

I have only used their maintenance and janitorial divisions but I'm definitely pleased and highly recommend them to other property managers and owners. They certainly have earned my trust. Plus my tenants have all commented on how clean and orderly my properties now look. Lastly, I use the on demand maintenance program for all of my properties and it is so easy to use ! They have a technician on call 24 hours a day and I don't even need to get out of bed to answer a call in the middle of the night. They take the call, go make the emergency repair and send me photos in the morning. My tenants and I love this company ! I highly recommend Berman.
