Anna's is one of the most professional housekeeping / maid service agencies in Florida. Our housekeepers are not limited to the traditional housekeeping chores but perform essentially any tasks you want completed, including: Laundry and Ironing Errands and Shopping / Concierge Services Homemaker / Housemanager Service From basic housekeeping, maid service to rearranging furniture, yardwork or cleaning skylights or the driveway, there's almost nothing your housekeeper can't do... even windows. If your moving, they'll help with the packing and unpacking, and can do heavy cleaning for you. You can be assured of a thorough cleaning from top to bottom. Just tell us what your needs are and we'll custom tailor the service to suit you. If your career keeps you too busy to be a homemaker, Anna's is all you need to know. Your housekeeper will do the laundry and ironing, cook, shop, run errands, pick up the kids, meet repair people and accept deliveries. Just make a list, have the supplies ready, and put them to work. They're party people too! From preparation to serving and cleanup, your housekeeper will help make your party a success. Your housekeeper works from your ( not their ) priority list. They use your house cleaning supplies and equipment. We do have housekeepers who can bring their own supplies, if interested - ask us. We automatically send a substitute housekeeper if your assigned person is ill or has personal business. The vast majority of our clients need service weekly or bi-weekly. But housekeepers are available on an occasional basis also. Our most satisfied clients have found that the quality of housekeeper is more important than the day of the week the service is performed. The next day, after your service, I'll call you to see how the housekeepers did and to make sure you were pleased with the service, if so, she/he becomes your regular housekeeper for as long as she/he is with the agency. Anna's guarantees the service and not the person. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we send one who better suits your needs for the next service. We have a guaranteed substitute policy. If there's ever a date the housekeeper can't keep we'll call you and send out a substitute either the same day or a day close to it. By the same token if there's ever a date that you can't keep, we have a 2 business day notice of reschedule. That gives me a chance to find your housekeeper another job so she/he won't have a loss of income. For your convenience, you have the choice of paying by check, money order, visa or mastercard. A check or money order can be left on the day of service, visa or mastercards will be charged in advance. Many have never used an agency before...most have either placed ads, or depended on friends' recommendations. Having to keep personally interviewing is far too time-consuming and doesn't necessarily guarantee better results. Our clients enjoy working with us because they know we are a responsible organization. They feel comfortable that they are still in control because they have a one-on-one relationship with a housekeeper. However, if a problem does arise, they merely call Anna's to handle it.
