Stopped in for a simple watch repair (band adjustment) and received excellent and courteous service from David. Took care of me right away with no wait and services was completed in minutes. Nice to see such care given to customers there for smaller transactions.

I went to many stores and ended up buying an Engagement Ring from Goldsmith Jewelry Shoppe. Can't believe what a great experience I had there. They offered me many solutions and creative options that the others stores didn't. It felt like I was sitting with a consultant on my side rather that the other stores trying to sell me like a car dealer.
