Sassy Nails And Spa

Had an awesome experience with my wife. Typical relaxing experience I would say. I planned ahead and called to book an appointment for our anniversary and we were treated amazingly. Had an amazing day with my woman and that's all I really looked for. Here's to another 25!

Just got my nails done today. The nail designs are really beautiful. People there are very nice too. They offered free water and wine to me and my groups.

Really disappointed! I just got my nails done this morning and already 2 have chipped.

She is awesome. Perfect fills, pedicures and eyebrows every time! Very popular girl, so call for appointment. They do speak their language all the time, but I have been going for years and they treat people very well.

I found that the person doing my pedicure was very rude. I'm pretty sure she's the owner of the place too. I know it's stereotypical saying that "Nail people talk about you in their language so you don't understand what they're saying" but that was exactly what happened to me. I am Vietnamese, but I don't look like it. This was the first time I had gone to Sassy and I will never be returning. The lady was talking to her husband, thinking I didn't understand her. All she had to say was "This girl's feet are worst than men", "$33 isn't enough to do her feet", and she even compared me to a cow saying that I had cow legs. The whole time, I kept quiet and texted my cousin who was sitting right next to me. In the end, when I payed I told the man "I know everything that lady said about me" and all he had to say was "Okay, Thank you. Have a nice day." I have family that owns day spas and do nails, I know how a customer should be treated and I know how hard these people work,.but because of this lady's ignorance, she did not receive a tip.
