        Overall

        Primarily dealer sales only. 'Hank' has no customer service skills whatsoever. I'm sure they have good parts, but I wouldn't know as I did not buy from them. Learn how to speak to your customers and you may increase your business... if that is important to you. Feb 2014. Ended up buying online from another supplier. Incidentally, called another Transtar location to inquire about same issue... at least willing to sell but for substantially higher price. Do your research and go elsewhere.
