Crossbay Car Wash

1Went to have my car detailed. I was told by the cashier, I had to speak to the manager Saul, who wasn't available at that time. I called the following Moring and Saul said he had to see the car, a 2011 well kept Honda accord. I brought the car in and he said it was in terrible condition ( the car is very well maintained) and it would cost $200.00. My friend and I started to walk away and he dropped the price to $189.00. When I asked why the sign says complete detailing in side and out for $149.00, he said O.K. but I have to charge you tax. I attempted to get the owners name & number but the cashier all of a sudden did not understand English. I think the owner should be aware that his manager and possible cashier are making their own prices and pocketing some or all of the money. Or perhaps SAUL the thief is the owner!!!!

I highly suggest that no one uses this car wash. First off they do a horrible job. Second I went through march 10,2015 And when my car came out of the other end half if it's electrical system was out. Radio, tv , DVD, speakers and light were not working. So when I addressed them the manger had a very very nasty attitude didn't want to deal with me or help me in any type away. Cops were called and he was even worse with them and then they refused to give my their insurance companies name or information even when the cops requested it. They did not have proper documentation in their shop to even prove they had insurance. Car went to mechanic and it was determined that they were responsible for the damage they they sprayed cleaner where they shouldn't have and cause fuses to blow out. So when I requested information the next day I was not helped at all and they are still refusing to give me information. And now Caios have to go get it from them. So do yourself a favor and skip this place ... And they do a very bad job when it comes to cleaning car also

don't go to this carwash!! The manager does not know how to speak to the customers. He has a bad attitude. I have a brand new car I brought in to a superwash with rainx I paid 20.00. My car came out dirty my wheels were still dirty, I spoke to the manager who said to me there was nothing he could do exept doing a simonize. I told him my car is new i shouldn't need a simonize its just dirt. He told me he wasn't dealing with me. Take my business some where else, I dont appreciate being talk to like that!! I will tell my friends that do bring their not to go there. I'm sure that LMC would not appreciate him treating their customers like crap!!!
