        This is too many stars for a place that doesn’t even answer the phone if you could give them zero I would!

        Worst customer service. Waited 40 minutes in the seasonal dept. for help. Went to service desk and asked to speak to a Mgr. He or she never appeared. They just kept paging for someone to come to the dept. The gentleman was on lunch. Meanwhile 3 more customers continued waiting with us. Finally I spoke to a girl at customer service counter about purchasing the table that was on the floor. She couldn't find a price for it. I live across the street from this Lowes but will now travel to Home Depot. This is my second bad experience here.
