Here at Delo Medical Associates we have been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home. The Medical Home is an innovative, team-based approach to providing health care. A partnership develops between the patient, his/her Primary Care Physician, and a health care team. Together, we will work to coordinate the services you need and to provide the best healthcare possible. You will be asked to choose your Primary Care Physician/Provider (PCP). However, your PCP will have a team of other PCP’s, nurses, and support staff. This team will work with you to provide all of your healthcare needs.
Family Practice
Here at Delo Medical Associates, we offer family medicine in a relaxed but professional atmosphere. With State of the Art equipment and an on-site lab, we are able to offer most services and procedures right here within our building. We would LOVE for you to discuss all your health care concerns with us.

Ruth has been practicing with us for over 14 years. She earned her BA from the University of the District of Columbia in 1987. She earned her Masters in Clinical Medical Science in 1999 from Barry University in Miami Shores. She became certified as a Physician's Assistant in 2000. She relocated to the area from Palm Beach county where she had been practicing Orthopedics.

Dr. Pham was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Houston. She completed a dual degree program and earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at the Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine, graduating in the top five percentile of her class, and earned her Master of Business Administration at the Barry University D. Inez Andreas School of Business, with high honors. Dr. Pham completed a rigorous, three-year post-doctorate podiatric medical and surgical residency program at South Miami Hospital at Baptist Health in Miami, Florida. She received extensive training and specialization in forefoot and rearfoot surgery, diabetic limb salvage, wound care, infection management, lower extremity biomechanics, sports medicine, and trauma management. Dr. Pham is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. She is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine as well as a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Florida Podiatric Medical Association.

A Doctor of Osteopathy, D.O. and a Doctor of Medicine, M.D. utilize all scientific methods of diagnosis and treatment, including the use of medications and surgery. However, D.O.'s have an additional dimension in their training and practice, one not taught in medical schools giving M.D. degrees. The D.O. recognizes that the musculoskeletal system (the muscles, bones, and joints) make up over 60% of body mass, and that all body systems including the musculoskeletal system are interdependent. Disturbance in one system of the body may case altered function in another. The interrelationship of the body systems is affected through the nervous and circulatory systems. The emphasis on the relationship between body structure and organic functioning gives a broader base for the treatment of the patient as a whole. These concepts require a thorough understanding of anatomy and the development of special skills in recognizing and correcting structural problems through manipulative therapy (adjustments). D.O.'s use structural diagnosis and manipulative therapy along with all of the other more traditional forms of diagnosis and treatment to care effectively for patients and to relieve their distress. Dr. Delo is interested in more than giving shots or prescriptions for a suspected illness. She is trained to recognize and treat the source of the problem. Dr. Delo places emphasis on the consideration of the whole person in providing medical treatment, stressing prevention and treatment of causes of illness instead of treating symptoms alone.
