        I love going to Phagans NW in ...

        I love going to Phagans NW in Tigard. I treat myself to a manicure, pedicure, deep hair conditioning and cut. I have never had a bad experience. The students are enthusiastic and friendly and the teachers are always on the floor walking around offering advice and support. . The prices are low enough that I can take my daughter and daughter-in-law there and not feel like I need to declare bankruptcy after.
