"The negative statement by Courtney T was dated June 2014. The total amount of her purchase, $43.56, was refunded to her on July 7, 2014, by regular US Mail.



Her review omits all the pertinent facts, which were: We tried to help her by taking the two used items to her in Columbia, Mo, when we made a car trip there. At no time did we say that we would pay the shipping costs, which would have been at least 4 times more than the purchase price. She was very impatient. So,we finally refunded her purchase a few weeks after her protest. This action by us was applauded by The Better Business Bureau. In over 50 years in business, this was THE VERY FIRST TIME THAT there was a bad report to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU or any other entity was made. And, finally, it was settle approx 2 weeks after her original complaint."

Purchased a product and it was to be delivered to me. I've never received the product and I cannot get a refund!!
