Overall

This is the third time that we have had a VERY negative experience at this location. Tonight we ordered our food around 8:10 pm. We ordered for carryout. We received a phone call about 20 minutes later to say that they didn't have the crust we originally ordered. Disappointed, but we agreed. This set us back to picking our food up at 9pm. When we arrived to pick up our order at 9pm we were told they didn't have that crust either and only one of our pizzas (stuffed crust) was done. So after over an hour of originally ordering our food and agreeing to change it, we still didn't receive two of our pizzas because at this point we weren't waiting an additional 30 minutes for our food. The store credited us $30 to our account, but this isn't the first time this has happened. We had a very similar experience a few months ago. They called us around 15-20 minutes after the order was placed and didn't have stuffed crust and we waited over an hour for our delivery. How were they just calling us 15-20 minutes after placing the order if it was estimated to be delivered in 30 minutes? Another time, we waited long past our original time for our carryout order. This is now a pattern. I am not one to complain after one bad experience because I understand that things do happen, but this is insane. Half of our group that was going to eat the pizza had to go hunt for other food at almost 9:45 at night. Tonight the manager was nice and apologetic, but the other times they have been rude. Most of the staff have been rude even when the order is right.

Overall

This place is horrible in all aspects. The pizza is stale tasting every time we ordered it. Thus, we started ordering pasta, wings, and cheese sticks. The last 4 times we have ordered food, something has been wrong. They literally ran out of cheese to cook the pizza... WTF. So, this time my wife called to complain because they forgot the extra sauces that we paid for and the wings we ordered were the wrongs ones. To top it off, they (both of managers there, and I say "both" because the one manager had to ask the other manager what to do) acted like they didn't care at all. Done. I will Never Order anything from this location again.

Our experience today was a waste of time and money. Go to Domino's instead! We placed an order by phone for pick-up and when we got the pizza home it was falling apart. It appeared it had not been cooked completely, as we could not even pick the peices up out of the box without them falling apart and all of the cheese and sauce sliding off the top. When we called to complain we were told to bring the pizza back. They said they would put it back in the oven but prominsed nothing else. When we arrived the manager offered to make us another but refused to give a refund. When we decided we did not want to wait for another pizza to be made the only thing she offered was a $5 credit. We left without a pizza or our money and very frustrated...and still hungry! The service of this pizza hut as well as the quality of the product are terrible. go somewhere else.
