Check the BBB, they have an A- rating. thats pretty good for any collection agency. often times debtors make outlandish claims becuz they are mad at themselves for not taking care of their obligations. Bottom line, most complaints against any collection agency are flat out lies.They have been in the same location for 26 years practicing as professional debt collectors.the owners are good christian people and would never ignore laws.

Shady characters. Ignores debt collection laws. Abusive to people attempting to collect on.

"Ron Miller" of Elite Financial Services attempted to collect from me an alleged debt to Gold's Gym of Westport, MO.



They claimed that I had agreed to "automatic renewal terms" for a gym contract I signed in 2008. This is unambiguously a case of tampering with the contract document, their claim could not possibly be true because ---



1.) I had a preexisting commitment to move out of Kansas City, MO to Columbia, MO before I signed the contract with Gold's Gym making the notion of agreement to renewal terms past the point of my residency an absolute absurdity.



2.) In accordance with the terms of the contract as I signed it before it was tampered with, I moved out of Kansas City on the *exact* date that the contract expired as I had planned to before signing.



3.) Although I had to spend weeks badgering the Gold's Gym for which they sent me on pointless wild goose chases and engaged in a long string of deliberate misdirection and obfuscation, eventually they relented in showing me a better resolution copy of the contract document than the version that EFS faxed to me. In this document it was clear based on the character of the penstrokes throughout the contract that the writing on the "automatic renewal clause" was unambigously inconsistent with my writing.

Elite Financial Services has attempted to assist Gold's Gym in collecting on CLEARLY ***fraudulent*** debt. In doing so the completely ignore the rules set out in the FDCPA in their attempts to pressure payment as quickly as possible.



THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS AND DESERVE TO FACE CRIMINAL PROSECUTION FOR THE WIREFRAUD THAT THEY ATTEMPT AND DELIBERATELY OBSCURE.

This company, specifically the employee Jerry, seems to ignore the law in regards to colelction practices. I have received calls from this agency under the ruise of attempting to reach a relative who listed me (without my consent or knowledge) as a contact.



Jerry has called and demanded that I get this relative to contact him. I notified him that I am not a contact for this person and have no way of getting a message to this person. I also notified him that he should remove me as a contact since I have done no business with his company.

He balked, saying he was going to tell me what to do. When I told him no and that if he continued to call, he would be breaking the law. He said with mockingly, "WHAT LAW AM I BREAKING?"



To operate a business in this manner is both unprofessional, predatory and an attempt to take advantage of people's ignorance regarding Collection Laws and harrassment. If you are conducting business, I would advise you to think twice about dealing with any company who employs such unprofessional, rude and unbusinesslike people like Jerry.
