International Boxing and Fitness is here to provide our community a safe, clean, positive and motivating training environment. We use the art of Boxing and Fitness to emphasize the importance of team work, good sportsmanship, and fair play, while encouraging mental, spiritual and physical improvement to be an all-around better person and athlete. Our mission is to impact as many individuals as possible with the positive benefits our facility provides. By following our one of a kind program, members will improve muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, power and agility. Our members demonstrate a drastic improvement in their self-esteem and self-confidence. International Boxing & Fitness Club is registered through the USA Boxing Association. All of our coaches are USA Boxing Certified.
