Really cheap on movies. Good customer service. The place is kept clean all the time. They have a huge movie selection, most of them are a dollar. Sometimes you will find a new movie in there.
If you have a 150$ dollar item like new excpect 10-15$ dollars from these people. They don't care if it's brand new I'n a box, it's like they always have a set price when I walk in ranging from 10-15$ dollars even if I have a 500$ dollar item.

It is in our best interest to loan as much as possible on item brought in as collateral. What was paid for an item doesn't matter, it's what it's worth today. We base our offers on the current pre-owned price on line. 1/2 of that value is a good starting point. The offer will vary up or down from there depending on how popular the item.
I love the American Goldmine, I go there about once a week to buy movies, and I am a repeat pawn customer. I have never had a problem with the movies or my overall experience. The movies never have a scratch on them, thanks to their professional buffing machine. And my items are always returned to me in the condition in which I left the. They have the best prices in town hand down!
I enjoyed my experience at the gold mine. The ladies behind the counter are fun, friendly, helpful & professional. They made me leave with a smile on my face!

The Gold Mine is amazing! I was quite worried leaving my precious belongings with complete strangers, but the employees were kind and patient in explaining the whole process to me. And I got my pawns out in no time!
I recieved great compensation for pieces of jewelry I do not even wear anymore. They have a great jewelry selection as well; I was able to get my daughter an amazing ring for graduation at a fraction of the price as those big department stores!
This pawn shop is fantastic!!! I especially love sliding glass doors at the entrance, it makes it convenient when carrying items into the store. I know my items are safe and sound at the Gold Mine. The workers are so nice and friendly. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting I can't imagine going anywhere else. Did I mention how clean and organized the store is! It is truly the best pawn shop in town.
This is the cleanest, most organized pawn shop I have ever been in. I made the rounds with my scrap to every shop in town, and they beat their prices by not just a few bucks, but over $100.00. They even gave me more than I asked for! I will not shop around next time, but go directly to Gold Mine
Very clean pawn shop. Professional appearance for sure. Lots of nice items on their huge showroom floor. I would definitely shop there again.
