Methodist Stone Oak Facility

Rude, patient mill. There is no communication with the patient. They do no consult with your physicians or refer to your medical information in their own systems. Went without medications for hours. Rang for nurse and did not come for hours while vomiting uncontrollably. Was accused of lying because nurse did not "see" me vomit. Doctor came in and started talking about my surgery and realized after arguing with me for 5 minutes that he had the wrong patient. I was not there for a heart surgery but a severe infection. Please avoid this place. The hospital is pretty from the outside but that is about it. Some of the nurses are great but that does not make up for the vast majority. Go to other nearby facilities, for your own safety!

I had spinal surgery and my stay was excellent. Couldn't ask for anything better. My stay was for three days.

My father-in-law is NOT being cared for very well. The nurses seem to be clueless as to what needs to be done to help him. They are NOT following doctor's orders by monitoring him. They are not bathing him or changing his sheets when they are soiled. There are not many patients in this brand new hospital, so they cannot say they are too busy.
