        Disappointed

        Needless to say, you get what you pay for. I have been to other Great Clips but person here was clearly inexperienced. If you are a male you will more than likely leave looking and feeling great. If you have long hair or are female looking for a new style, they will more than likely chop off your hair. And they will get defensive when they see your sad face of disappointment, regardless if you told them the style name and bring in a model. Learned lesson.
