IHOP

You can never go wrong with IHOP. Every time i go there for breakfast, It brings back some childhood memories. Anyway, what appealed me the most about this particular IHOP location, was the customer service. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of my waitress, but let me tell you, her service and social skills are exceptional. She seemed to be in her early 20s, energetic, punctual, caring and very social. She brightened up my morning, and believe me when I say this, my day went amazing!

The food was yummy as usual, and the service once again was AMAZING!!

The food is okay, not bad. However, the service is absolutely shameful. I have been a server myself for quite some time so i know that that kind of service shouldn't be tolerated. They take you to the table and give you your menus and leave. There is no introduction. The next time they come they take drink orders but dont bring back the drinks for a while even when the restuaraunt is practically empty. The food does come by fast but the server doesn't even come to check up on you until your practically finished! And if you want a refill, you better be prepared to have to get up, find your server, or any server for that matter, and tell them yourself you need a refill. I live close to ihop so i have been there more than once hoping that the service would be better but, it never was. I do not go anymore.

My recommendation, ihop, get a new set of employees.
