Saratoga Taxi

Dispatcher named Allison is rude really disrespectful and unprofessional they are never on time they’re horrible why and how are they even still around they should be ashamed of them selves

Just called Saratoga taxi and they expressed their discontent with my business with the most rude "taxi!" I've ever heard followed by her frustra

i called , they said about 10 to 15 mins, I called 30 mins later , they said he is on his way, be there any minute, than i called 20 mins later and they hang up, they could have done that to start with so did not have to waste an hour for this crap.

it's been almost 45 minutes since my initial call. I was first told "we'll be there in a few minutes." Then after 30 minutes I called again to ask what was going on. I was assured again it would only be "a few minutes." Just now, I called for a third time, and I was given some excuse about an address mix up, which I am sure was not the case because I was very clear. For a final time, I was told "we'll be there in a few minutes."



I'm still waiting...
