Excellent experience with Dr. Horovitz and his staff. Always see me promptly. Thorough exam and the office staff is helpful and friendly. I never have an issue getting in for an appointment.

I have seen Dr. Horovitz in the past for a Plantars Wart. My insurance has changed to BCBS out of state. The office manager whom I spoke with this morning was so unhelpful, did not care, and did not follow through with a call back when asked how much it would be for me to self pay. I really like Dr. Horovitz. At 2pm I called back after finding out from BCBS that they should be taking my insurance. I got the same RUDE office manager back on the phone again. Not only was she still rude, I was placed on hold 3 times only to be told that she gave me a price this morning to self pay of $800 to have a toenail removed. Alas, she did not even look into my request and had me confused with someone else. Gee! I wonder if she was that rude to that customer as well? Sorry Dr. Horovitz, moving on to someone new as this is not the first time your staff has been rude to me. You are a really good doctor but you need to change out your old, tired staff who just do not care anymore.
