        Overall

        I had them install a fiberglass pool 9 years ago and have had nothing but problems with them since. When they installed the pool it wasn't level and so now I have a 2 inch difference from one end to the other. The fiberglass had spider cracks in it and when I called on it they sent someone over to fix it and all they did is spray paint it. Yep, spray paint. My heater which I purchased with the pool stopped working so I called them to come look at it and they said that they see by my record that I wasn't happy with them so I should find another company to help me with this. This is the same heater that I purchased in 2005 and when another company came to fix it they showed me it had a sticker in it from 2001. So it was already 4 years old when they installed it. I would give this company negative stars if it was possible. My advise is if you are thinking of using DeRochers Backyard Pool Co. please don't. Once he has your money you will be tossed aside.
