Victory Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

DO NOT USE!!!

I cannot believe this company is still in existence, considering all of the lawsuits and complaints to the BBB. Everyone in my town KNOWS they are a rip off. Their business is borderline criminal.

Consumer771: I'm retracting my poor review below. They honored my request and did it in an extremely professional manner. I do believe there was a misunderstanding on both parties that led to this incident. I would def. use Victory Carpet again, they did do an amazing job, provided me with an education, and were serious about the job and what they do. I take part of the blame for the misunderstanding, I give them 5 Stars.

Quoted me $377 for a small 1400 sq ft town home then gave me a bill for $1001.76 That's riight, $1001.76. Does not return phone calls.



Check the web for other reviews, they are all similiar to mine.



They rushed through my house and missed several spots, won't return calls to come back to clean. Taking them to court, will repost the results.

Wore the protective covering on their feet when first came into the house , but walked in and out of house with them on before they started the job ! Should have been taking off when they went outside and put back on when they came back in !! Not sure I think they removed them while they cleaned my carpet !!

Felt the price to clean one caarpet was too high !! Price that I was charged should have cleaned all first floor carpets! Only took them a half hour to clean and I removed all tables and small furniture before they started to clean.

Would get another price before I used them again. Also wasn't told when I made appt. that they would be doing the job the same day !

Victory is excellent at cleaning the carpets and upholstery. What it does poorly is return oriental rugs. I have been trying on and off for months to arrange for the return of an oriental rug. The first time, it took me 8 calls to connect with someone at Victory. A delivery date was set, and I waited the 2 hours . . . then another half hour. Called and was told they would be there soon. I got tired of waiting and went out. Later, I called them again (please note that Victory made no effort to reschedule the delivery) to deliver the rug. A date was scheduled - I called the day before to confirm and left a message. Please note that no one ever answers the phone . . . you always get a recording. I asked for a confirmation that day . . . received none. Called twice the following day both during the delivery time and after. Nothing. It's now Wednesday afternoon - four days later - and I had to call again.



The staff who came to my home to clean the carpets were professional and courteous. I would have been thrilled with the service. But I am extremely frustrated with Victory's inability to schedule and deliver a carpet. Use they only if you have no carpets to be removed from your home.
