We recently hired "Affordable Home Improvements" to put up some new sidings (front, back and both sides) on our house and we are extremely happy with the results. The workmanship was beyond exceptional. They also installed a new bathroom window and some new lights in our backyard. Again, very exceptional work. When they were done, they cleaned everything up and left nothing behind. We want to thank Bob, Doug and Mike for everything that they did for us. Selecting Affordable Home Improvements to install a new roof and siding on my townhouse was the best choice I made. Bob was quick to provide an estimate and discuss options regarding aluminum siding with me. Besides being reasonably priced, he continuously supervised the work being done and communicated with me about the progress being made. Bob worked with you on options and prices Bob was very patient when it came to choosing colors and types of siding and gave great recommendations when it came to window types or different types of siding. He was not pushy to rip off my existing Wood shakes as other companies were. He used Ideal Windows and Certaineed siding which are two of the best in the area. He has a very professional and well experienced staff. The roofing guys got the roof done quickly and professionally. Bob was there each day to inspect and supervise. Then Pete came in with his carpentry work and installed new windows and a sliding glass door. Doug and Mike took their time with the siding and it took them weeks to complete and overall the house looks 100% different, elegant and very well done - Great Job!!!

Affordable Home Improvements is the best home improvement company we've ever used. If we could give it ten stars we would. We have had disasters with other contractors we've used, installing windows, kitchen remodeling, bathroom modeling, and so were slightly wary with having to install new windows throughout the house. However, Bob is the consummate professional, friendly and his word is his bond. The window installer, Peter, is old school and his attention to detail, cleanliness, and exceptional work was amazing. Also, the workers show up early and finish well ahead of schedule. The windows themselves are gorgeous too and the trim around the front windows is the envy of the block. I have known Bob since 2006 when I had 16 windows installed, vinyl siding, the works.Never was there an issue with the installation or quality. The carpenters and installers were extremely knowledgeable of their responsibilities. The carpenters actually created a bow window with four windows, each with a triple pane. The remaining windows of my home had double pane windows. In addition vinyl siding was added to the front of my home, simply beautiful. All reported for work by 7:15am each morning and they did not stop work until late afternoon. The staff was so friendly and polite. I was very satisfied with everyone. Oh, in 2006, Bob and crew also completed replacing 16 windows and vinyl siding for my other home. I was simply blessed when I chose Bob and crew. I am so thankful and appreciative to Bob for his understanding of my needs, his patience in my many questions, (smile) and his warm and caring customer service, that is rare these days. I have known Bob for more than 15 years. He has done siding, gutters, doors and windows for my house over the years. This year he has replaced all the windows and the entrance door on my house. As always he and his crew have done a great job. If you want a great job and feel that you are treated as family, Bob is your man.

We had brand new siding and windows done by Affordable. The siding looks amazing and love the new windows. We were so comfortable with Bob that we just decided to put in a Bay Window. Cant wait. Great Job!! I can be honest and tell you that being a cop in the city it takes alot for me to put my trust into people. From the minute I met Robert, he gave me the right vibe. I entrusted him and his employees to replace and install custom windows and replace my siding. They did fantastic work. Not to knock anyone who is young and in the labor business, but Robert's employees clearly gave the impression of experience laborers with over 20 yrs of experience. Robert kept in contact with us regarding the site work and quickly responded to any questions we had. I highly recommend them and will call on them to replace my doors in the future.

I recently purchased a beveled brass door from Affordable. I was not only happy with the craftmanship of the door, but the workmanship by the workers. My door truly stands out from the rest on our block and I have found Bob, owner of Affordable to not only be sincere, he was patient and worked with me until I was able to finally find the door of choice. So far so good. I just met with Bob this evening - informed me of the tax deduction and the low e and argon gas. He really did give me that "warm and fuzzy" feeling. Bob came highly recommended.
