Lori Myers - GEICO Insurance Agent

I have called this office a number of times since starting a policy in 2011 and have never had a good experience. Over the years I have paid thousands of dollars to this company. I have never once made a claim, yet I consistently get treated like I'm not valued as a customer. A pity they don't invest as much in customer service as they do creating whimsical commercials. Don't expect to get the friendly gekko you see in the adverts when you call. The only positive thing I can say about them is they seem to offer the cheapest insurance premiums that I'm aware of. But of course, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Consistently disappointing.

My opinion - No need to go anyplace else.
