Great customer service - always friendly. I love the showroom with shower doors, glass railings, vinyl windows and I think they even had a doggie door there. The showroom isn't large, but there is so much to see. They have the latest in glass! I'll shop there again.

I'm not sure about the review that is posted on here, but I have had nothing be wonderful customer service from City Glass. I've used their company several times and have always been impressed with their excellent outside installers and friendly customer service in the office. Prices are very reasonable and I have, on number of occasions, recommended them to friends and family. Overall, I am impressed with this company and will continue to use them in the future.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received, not only from the staff but from the wife of the owner and also the owner himself. I ordered two windows on Monday was told they would be ready on Wednesday, I paid in full. Then on Wednesday was told my windows would not be there until Friday and not to call they would call me. It is now Saturday still no call no windows. Although they cut their own glass for their single pane windows and I have paid for my windows in full i still do not have my product. This is a continued problem this company has.They always tell the customer one thing and then put the blame on the customer of hearing wrong because noone in their office would ever say things that are not true. The wife is the rudest and most sarcastic person I have ever talked to for the exception of when she is taking your money of course.
