Its All About Me Hair

I always have a great experience at Its All About Me Hair Salon. My stylist is all about my hair being healthy. She makes sure my hair is getting what it needs and she always gives sound advice about the best practices for my hair. I must say my hair has grown tremendously and continues to grow. I highly recommend anyone who wants their hair healthy to call and get a consultation. The owner of the salon is very professional and goes out of her way to make sure everyone has a great experience. She has been doing my hair for over 15 years and she will continue. She is my go to person on any advice I need about my hair, she has never been wrong. I always get compliments on my hair and I CONSTANTLY POINT THEM IN HER DIRECTION. I trust her with any and every fiber of my hair and for that reason I trust the hand picked staff that work in the salon to do my hair as well. Its All About Me is a fine shop with great people who are at the top of their game.

The worst salon I have ever visited! I recently visited this salon to receive a sewn. I purchased 2 bundels of Brazilian hair along with a lace closer piece. My first issue was that my stylist was on her cell phone while doing my hair, when I noticed the owner on her cell phone while working on a client I was further discussed. The stylist had no skills at all. The braid pattern used by the stylist was a beehive pattern, the braids were thick and bulky and the spaces between the braids were large. My second issue was that the stylist pulled my edges around my ear and connected them to a braid in the back of my head!! I'm not making this stuff up...smh...the next big issue was that the entire sewn was done incorrectly. All of my wefts were sewn on in a beehive pattern and my closer piece was sewn on at the top of my head ( the piece should be sew down at the perimeter to create a natural hair line)! So the result was me looking like I was wearing a bad wig. No to mention the stylist tried to give me a bang and butchered my $230 hair. I asked the stylist as well as the owner to remove the sewn so that my edges would not come out in the section were the so called stylist pulled my edges in the wrong direction. The owner was loud and ghetto and offered no apologies for her stylist lack of knowledge and skill. The sewn was $100 the service was terrible and so was the stylist. Stay away from this place unless you are looking for ghetto project stylist.
